Our practitioners are trauma-informed therapists, certified life coaches, yoga teachers and therapists, and somatic practitioners who understand the neurobiology of improving anxiety and depression, regulating your nervous system, and processing life’s challenges and difficult emotions.

Mindleap helps you understand your mind and body and how to work with them to make lasting changes that improve your quality of life. PRACTITIONER SUPPORT

● Work with vetted therapists, coaches, and specialists to support you in the specific areas you feel most challenged in

● Choose how long you want to work with your practitioner for (50, 80, or 110 minute sessions, depending on the practitioner)

● Choose practitioners based on their specialties, including anxiety, depression, anger management, OCD, Somatic, Trauma healing, and more

COMMUNITY PLATFORM

● Learn from coaches and therapists through videos and photos they share on the platform
