How Fixalert works:

1. Contact the Fixalert team to get started.

2. We'll provide you with QR codes to install at designated locations in your facility.

3. Anyone who encounters a problem can scan the QR code to report it.

4. You'll receive notifications and be able to view reported issues on the app.

5. Use the app to track progress and resolve the issue.

6. If the reporter provides their phone number, they'll receive a notification via SMS when the issue is fixed.
