Quick Fix is your everyday app for home services and local shopping. Find trusted professionals, book in a few taps, shop from nearby stores, track jobs live, and manage payments, warranties, and support in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Home services

Browse categories and providers near you. Compare ratings, prices, and service details, then book a time that fits your day. Variants, add-ons, and clear pricing help you know what you’re getting before you checkout.

• Custom service requests

Need something that isn’t on the catalog? Send a custom request with a description and photos, video, or voice notes. The provider sends a quote. Accept it to lock in schedule and payment, or decline at no charge. If work on site needs more materials, you can approve an extra charge (with tax and platform fee) or reject it—visiting-charge rules apply only after you’ve accepted a quote and reject an on-site extra, never when you only decline the quote.

• Stores & products

Discover local stores, product listings, and deals. Add items to cart, apply coupons when available, and checkout with a saved address.

• Payments you control

Pay online securely with Razorpay (cards, UPI, wallets) or choose Pay on Delivery where the provider or store supports it. Some POD bookings may require a small online advance; the rest can be settled when the job or delivery is done. Order totals show subtotal, platform fee, and tax so you can see the full amount.

• Live tracking & arrival

When your professional is on the way, track them on the map (where journey sharing is active). Confirm arrival when they reach you so both sides stay in sync.

• Job completion & OTP

For service bookings, use completion OTP as directed so work is marked done correctly.

• Warranties & guarantees

Eligible services may include guarantee windows and free revisit claims if something goes wrong after the job.

• Emergency requests

In supported areas, raise emergency-style service requests, review quotes, and complete payment so help can be scheduled faster.

• Orders & invoices

See all your bookings and product orders in one list. Open any order for payment status, line items, extra charges (if any), and download an invoice when available.

• Profile, addresses & reviews

Save delivery and service addresses with map pin, manage your profile, and leave reviews for services, providers, and products you’ve used.

• Notifications

Get notified when a custom quote is ready, an extra charge is requested, a journey has started, or other important booking updates arrive—so you never miss the next step.

• Safety & location

Location is used to check service coverage, suggest nearby providers, set accurate delivery pins, and power live tracking when a job is in progress. You remain in control of device location permissions.

CUSTOM SERVICE QUICK PATH

1. Open a provider profile and review any visiting charge notice

2. Send your custom request

3. Wait for a quote (amount, time estimate, note)

4. Accept with schedule + address + pay, or decline free

5. If the provider requests an on-site extra charge, approve and pay the extra portion (or updated total for unpaid POD) or reject and follow visiting-charge rules shown in the app
