Workflow 24ORE

Workflow 24ORE is the online platform designed to digitalize control processes.

It is dedicated to professional firms, consultants, and SMEs that need to perform control and compliance activities according to global regulations and industry standards, both for their own operations and on behalf of their clients.

Intuitive and fast, Workflow 24ORE is particularly suitable for the following areas: store audit, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), quality control, maintenance, facility management, compliance, logistics, operations, and internal audit. In the HSE domain, Workflow 24ORE can also be used for Near Miss reporting, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), spontaneous incident reporting, and Safety Walks.

Workflow 24ORE allows for inspections and checks to be conducted intuitively and accurately. The administrator can:

- Create checklists online and assign them to those who will perform the checks.

- Attach PDFs, videos, images to the checklists or individual checklist questions if necessary.

- Schedule visible checks on the App calendar.

- If necessary, require each user conducting the checks to possess specific certifications or valid qualifications.

- In the Analytics section, view all relevant data that can be filtered by areas, date, checklists, inspection points, etc.

Users conducting the checks, using the App on desktop and laptop systems, smartphones, and tablets, can:

- Fill out checklists without any risk of data loss because the App also works offline.

- Identify the checklist to be used through a QR code.

- During checklist completion, collect digital signatures, attach any documents, take photos and videos, write comments, and define the root cause* for each non-conformity (*functionality on request).

- Monitor in real-time the management status of non-conformities identified during previous inspections.

Once the checklist is completed, Workflow 24ORE generates a PDF report, centrally archives it, and sends it to the configured recipients. Furthermore, those conducting the checks can immediately define an action plan and related corrective actions based on the identified non-conformities.

Corrective actions can also be assigned to external users outside of one's own organization and are communicated via email. Each recipient of corrective actions sees only what has been assigned to them, manages its status, and reports the completion of their tasks.
