100 Pushups Gainz

This app is designed to help you to build up your strength so you could do 100 pushups in a row.

The program is divided into 4 levels - Rookie, Contender, Challenger and Champion. And each level is subdivided

into multiple days.

If you want to be able to do 100 pushups in a row you have to start at Rookie level and work your way up day by day until you will complete Champion level.

You should stick to the following rules:

1. Don't go to the next day or level until you have completed the previous day or level. You are only done with the day if you can do all the pushups for each set for that specific day. If you were able to do all the pushups for each set for that specific day then once you are done tap on the green 'Check' button. Only then will that day be registered as completed. Level will be registered as completed once you have completed all the days for that specific level.

2. Always do a good warm-up before workingout.

3. Always take at least one day rest between workouts but never more that two days.

4. Always take one minute rest between sets. Use built-in timer. To start the timer tap on the 'Play' button. The

timer can be paused and the resumed.

5. Once you complete a level you will receive a golden achievement badge which you can see when you start the app. While the level is not complete the badge will be white.
