Your one-stop shop for everything regarding health and fitness. Du is a gym owner at a group personal training facility called “Du More Fitness & Performance” as well as Fitness Trainer for many corporate companies such as Roku, Cisco, Wix, and Golden State Warriors. This app was developed as a way for Du to bring his programming and training method to those living all around the world. Becoming a part of the Du More Family provides you access to many different monthly programs/lectures including resistance training, fat loss workouts, recovery/stretching sessions, and courses regarding training/nutrition. Most workouts provided can be done at home (with limited equipment such as a pair of dumbbells/resistance bands) or taken to the gym. Learn more about Du on Instagram @DuMoreFitness.

Here are all the contents you can expect when joining the Du More Family.

- Stronger with Du (Monthly Resistance Training) Program:

This is a monthly designed 3 or 4 day training program created to fit your lifestyle and schedule as it can be done at home or at the gym.

You no longer have to guess if the program you’re doing is effective. Stronger with Du is a science-based program designed to get you stronger, build lean, tone muscle, and improve your overall body composition.

Ability to track your progress every session

Built in rest timer to keep you on track during your workout.

You will know exactly when and how to progress.

- Exercise Database:

Short and sweet 30-60 seconds videos that are highly informative and professionally filmed, teaching you how to execute each exercise properly and effectively.

Forgot how to perform an exercise during your training session? View the exercise by a touch of the screen.

Don’t see an exercise that you want to learn about? Simply put in a request.

- Du More On-The-Go:

Have a busy schedule and couldn’t find an hour to workout? Du More On-The-Go includes 30 minutes follow along Fat Loss Workouts that can be done anywhere with your own body weight, hotel essentials (towels/chair/bed), or resistance bands.

Du More On-The-Go also offers 30 or 45 Minutes Yoga Session to help you ease both mental as well as muscle stress from training, sitting too long, or just after a tiring day of work.

- Lessons:

Movement breakdowns: Complete course breaking down complex movements such Deadlift, Squat, Bench, and many other technical movements.

Nutrition courses include learning about macronutrients, calculating calories, complete fat loss guides, rapid fat loss protocols, how to eat without counting calories, many other training and nutritional lessons.
