iTWO mobile is the mobile workplace in the cloud and supports medium-sized craft businesses in the implementation of their orders and projects.

Functions

Construction file / project file

Store all relevant data and events for an order project-specifically. Call up the information you need around the clock - via browser and app - specifically. Work together with internal and external project participants on the same knowledge and document status.

Events + malfunctions + defects

Record events (defects, malfunctions, hindrances, remaining services, etc.) directly on site and locate them using a pin at the appropriate point in the plan.

Photo documentation

Photograph all events directly from the app and assign them to the respective project, construction phase or defect. This assignment and various search criteria enable the required image to be found quickly later.

Construction diary

Record what is happening on the construction site with all important details in a seamless and legally secure manner. At the push of a button, construction diaries and site reports can be generated digitally and later printed out for the client.

Address and contact management

Record important data about your customers and suppliers - such as address, contact person and billing address - completely and in one central location. Stored company contacts can be called up quickly, and can be maintained and processed down to the last detail. For example, record all conversations and emails with your customers in the contact history and save the relevant documents and information such as offers, agreements, invoices, etc.

Task management

Keep an overview of your open tasks, delegate activities to internal or external employees and always keep track of the current processing status. Each task can be assigned to a responsible agent and given further information, e.g. Add customer contact, due date and internal comments quickly and easily.

Certificate Management

Store internal and external certificates digitally and keep an eye on the update of evidence (insurance, etc.) with the help of deadlines, resubmissions and reminders.
