The Helpdesk module is the nerve centre for AEBIS. It allows the customer to create tickets against complaints and the property manager can assign tickets and monitor tickets to closure. As a key differentiator, the helpdesk module enables creation of work orders and also captures the cost of effort.

AEBIS mobile application is an extension to the helpdesk module of the Aebis facility management software which will allow a particular resident of a property to

• Login to the application using credentials

• Log/Create tickets

• View details and status of already created tickets

• View and close the ticket (for technicians)
