The Helpdesk module is the nerve centre for AEBIS. It allows the customer to create tickets against complaints and the property manager can assign tickets and monitor tickets to closure. AEBIS mobile application is an extension to the helpdesk module of the Aebis facility management software which will allow a particular resident of a property to

• Log/Create tickets

• View details and status of already created tickets

• View and close the ticket (for technicians)
