Exercise plays an important part in everyone's life. Exercises benefits your physical and mental health. With this app you can get in great shape at the comfort of your own home or anywhere you wish without any gym equipments.

With a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator* included, you can work out your BMI using your weight and height either metric or imperial to see if your body mass is healthy.

By working with a certified personal trainer, Aman Sookdewo, we are able to present to you warm ups, exercises, cooldown and stretches for most of the major muscles:

This app contains guides to show how each warm up, exercise and stretch can be performed safely and effectively. In addition, we have videos to give you a visual guide.
