With a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator* included, you can work out your BMI using your weight and height either metric or imperial to see if your body mass is healthy.

By working with a certified personal trainer, Aman Sookdewo, we are able to present to you warm ups, exercises, cooldown and stretches for most of the major muscles:

This app contains guides to show how each warm up, exercise and stretch can be performed safely and effectively. In addition, we have videos to give you a visual guide.
