Averos’ VALS - Visitor Tracking system offers a range of features for building and venue administrators and or security personnel, from visitor scheduling to tracking and monitoring of a visitor’s movements within a high security venue. It allows the live tracking of visitors, an overview of all visitors on the premises and basic statistics about a particular visitor. It also allows for pre-arrival scheduling of appointments by a particular employee or day-of scheduling by security personnel. Appointments can be approved or denied by various staff members concerned. Additionally, various documents (i.e. identification documents) can be uploaded in order verify appointments. The system can also be linked to a visitor mobile application that provides way-finding and other services

The system comes along with Visitor Tracker Mobile Application which is dedicated for security personnel for tracking all the visitors inside the building. The app also provides Alerts and Notifications for all the visitors. Such as providing Unauthorized movement alerts and notifications for all visitors over staying inside the building. Furthermore, it also provides complete list of visitors that are currently inside the building and also the list of visitors which are due to come for the visit. Security personnel can have the visitor details with one ease of click through mobile app.
