Car Locations

UniTracker Application provides a comprehensive solution for car fleet management to companies and organizations. The system allows the orderly, quick and efficient registration of vehicles in the organization,combined with databases, mobile communications and enterprise applications. The system maintains online communication with the vehicle and updates, in real time, the vehicle’s location, speed, fuel consumption, driving style and more.

The system is designed to allow the orderly management of information items relating to the management of the car fleet: Car roster, driver roster, car manufacturers, suppliers, models, garage locations, insurance agents and more...

The system allows the monitoring of ongoing maintenance processes of the vehicles in the organization, and complete control of current expenditures related to car treatment, repairs, insurance policies and payments of current fees.

The database system uses the Google Maps services to draw all vehicle routes upon request. A routine activity range can be defined for each vehicle, the entry and exit of the vehicle into and out of this range is recorded and can be reported via various means e.g. email, reminders or text message.

Fuel consumption data is reported in real time and is cross-referenced with the credit card company reports. Fuel consumption monitoring, and driver awareness to it, ensures significant savings in fuel consumption.

Continuous reports from the system allow individual driver driving style monitoring. Driving style is determined by various variables e.g. travel speed, engine load, rpm and more.

Drivers' driving styles are displayed graphically and summarized averages of driving style variables allow an accurate rating of individual driving characteristics and, where appropriate, irregular driving handling through internal procedures and driving habits correction through relevant training programs. Proper Driving is also cost-effective and more importantly, safe and responsible.

Documents related to the operation of vehicles, drivers, vendors and other business object are scanned and kept in the database alongside the registration data

Access to these documents is possible from any authorized user station in the organization.
