Now works with Location Services disabled. User is prompted to input a zipcode that will show surrounding events and merchants.
When location services are disabled, the device is not counted in event thresholds and will likely not receive event unlock notifications.
Unlocked events will still show in "Nearby" dashboard and will show Coupon for scanning.
