The Chick Calendar app gives fertility, exercise and nutrition advice for every day of the menstrual and lunar cycle so that the user can easily keep track of and follow the natural cycle she is on. It is useful for fertility awareness, regularizing the cycle to a normal 29 days, helping to improve periods, increasing energy and syncing the menstrual cycle with the moon.
Just enter your period start date and the app will tell you what day of your cycle you're on, what foods and exercise are best for that day in the cycle, whether you're fertile or not, what emotional phase you're in and your cycle's correlation with the new and full moon.
