Start a Thread: Begin with a single, honest sentence. Choose an optional Thread Title to give your thought a home.

Mood & Aura: Set the initial tone by selecting a Mood (e.g., Quiet, Heavy, Curious, Warm, Restless, Clear) and a Color Aura (e.g., Indigo, Violet, Dusk, Coral, Lilac, Graphite).

Continue the Thread: Come back tomorrow or any future day to add a continuation. Because the second thought is often truer than the first, these chains help you dig deeper into your psyche.

Shift of Feeling: When continuing, note how your feeling has shifted—is it the same as before, or is it now Softer, Heavier, Clearer, or Unresolved?

Visualize Your Patterns

Watch as your fleeting ideas transform into long-term chains of thought:

Thought Chains: See at a glance which thoughts became Longest chains and which ones Faded or were Abandoned.

Thread Insights: Track how many times you returned to a specific thought and identify your Most Common Mood for that specific chain.

Emotional Map: View a comprehensive analysis of your "Patterns" including total Threads, Continuations, and your overall Top Mood.

Archive & Revive: Move completed chains to your Archive or see which "Abandoned" thoughts you have recently Revived.
