The Story

Having lived in many towns around Ireland, our Managing Director found herself struggling to find ways to stay in shape. There are a number of barriers that make it harder to commit to a weight loss program. From badly designed websites (which leave it hard to figure out what’s on offer) to no websites at all.

In fact its not just visitors to an area who are unfamiliar with weight loss services available, people living in these towns and villages for years are not aware of the fantastic options around them.

There are so many weight loss options out there and we at WeightMonkey realise that one option may not fit all. There are so many fun and fresh ways to lose weight and get in shape.
