Telenor Mobilt Bedriftsnett gives you the freedom to work where you are

With Mobilt Bedriftsnett from Telenor, you can see who is calling when it rings.

You can also see who has called you in the call log, even when the phone has been switched off during flights or in case of absence with call forwarding.

Callers who are not stored in your contacts are presented with automatic lookups from the company directory or external directory information from Bisnode. It's like having the whole of Norway in your contact list.

In the app, you can set absences so that the switchboard and colleagues can see your availability and inform those who call you about when you become available.

You get the freedom to work where you are. You can make, answer and transfer calls as if you were in the office.

The app will request the following accesses:

- contacts

- to run in the background

make and manage calls

- call log

view over other apps.

These accesses are necessary to be able to give you "See who is calling" which is a core functionality in the app.

Information accessed here is stored and processed only locally in the app on the phone and is not transferred to other systems.

Functionality in the app:

- "See who is calling" (Caller ID / Spam detection)

(requires access to call log to look up incoming calls)

- Call log with automatic lookup from company directory and external information service

- Search by name, number, companies and addresses

- Search the company directory, call log, local contacts and external information service

- Favorites (call and switch to favorites)

Set absences (eg Do Not Disturb, Meeting, Lunch, Holidays) with or without call forwarding

- Select display number (if active for company and subscription)

Log in and out of call queues (if a member of call queues)

- Info about answered and unanswered queue calls in the call log.

Telenor MBN performs a lookup of unknown callers and displays who is calling - while it is calling, including when the call is spam from sellers and the like (Caller ID / Spam detection)
