Effective learning for the Sportseeschifferschein (SSS) test

This program offers you the opportunity to practice for all 4 partial exams of the theoretical part of the Sportseeschiffer license. Since there is no official catalog of questions for this certificate, we have commissioned an experienced sailor and SSS theory teacher to develop training questions on the individual examination topics of navigation, shipping law, seamanship and weather. Many of your students have already successfully passed the theory test with this collection of questions.

The tried and tested catalog of questions, first created for our own examination by our SSS teacher and now optimized again and again through numerous training sessions, saves the time and effort of creating your own summaries and collections of questions based on the textbooks, as the DSV does not provide a fixed catalog of questions for this certificate.

The navigation part contains the theoretical questions on the individual subject areas, but not the navigation tasks to be carried out with the help of the nautical chart, because the handling of the navigation tools on the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad cannot be practiced meaningfully. We don't want your iPad to be scratched with the dividers!

In order to obtain the SSS, 4 theoretical partial exams must be taken, which usually take place on separate dates. Accordingly, the respective app offers the preparation aid for the corresponding partial exam or as a package for all exams.

There are 5 learning boxes. If a question is answered correctly, it moves up one box; if answered incorrectly, it is automatically moved to box 1. I.e. if all questions are in box 5, you have answered them correctly several times and are well prepared for the exam.
