SEVA Provider

THIS SERVICE IS PRESENTLY LIMITED TO JAIPUR, INDIA AND FOR COMPUTER REPAIRING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES ONLY

SEVA is originally a Sanskrit word, widely used in Hindi and several north Indian languages that mean proper and adequate services. We have launched the mobile app “SEVA” to ease connecting various domestic services at the doorstep of users. This is a multi-functionary domestic service app.

Most of the domestic service providers such as computer/ TV /mobile repairing services, electrician, plumber, Motor mechanics etc are individuals or small groups of people who work in unorganized sector. Most of them are skilled but unorganized and unmanaged.

Users feel embraced while finding a plumber for repairing of their bathroom or a kitchen tap. Similarly, finding an electrician or a domestic appliances repairing service e.g. TV, Fridge, Microwave oven, Mobile phones, Computers, Printers etc is very difficult. The SEVA app will connect a user with a service provider immediately to his or her work done in no time.

SEVA will connect users, who require any domestic service, with the nearby service providers in real time. A map will automatically detect your location while getting a request for a service and communicate user’s request directly to a service provider in that area. The service provider, after accepting the request will contact the user about the service. The SP will commence working within few minutes to solve the user’s problem. The user can pay money cash or through plastic money (Multiple option) to the service provider.

The app is totally free and the user has not to pay anything to us.
