Congratulations! You’ve finished Level 1-1 and now you are starting a new level! Like Level 1-1, this course is also suitable for morning exercise or after a short snap in the noon. This yoga course for beginners mainly contains several parts: Leg Relaxing, Head to Knee Forward, Half Spinal Twist, Sunretun to Mountain, Standing Supportedsi and Simple Dance Pose. As a piece of soothing music starts, you can focus on your breath and slowly practice the following yoga poses in the video.
