Manage your regular routes in one place.Updates, notifications and view offline.

Google Maps allows to schedule regular trips to work and home locations. But in reality we are visiting gym, taking children from school, meeting our friends or parents, etc... And, approximately, it occurs on the same days of the week, at the same time period and at the same places. So, why don't have an app where it is possible to create the list of places and define the schedule when you need to know how long will it take for the trip and what is a best route.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The idea above inspired me to develop this application. Feel free to share your proposals on what you are missing in this app. But don't rate the app low if it is not implemented. I have plans to deliver features like multiple point support, Uber integration, routes sorting, etc... But it will take time to develop.

As we can have many routes, but only some of them are important at the specific moment of time, I've created a filter which allows to switch between "All routes" and "Recent". The "Recent" - list include those routes which are updated on schedule or manually. So the simplest scenario to use this app is to create a route by defining destination, schedule and notification settings. Then switch a filter to recent and enjoy the magic every time when launching this app. If you don't see your route in the list - switch to all routes and update it manually by clicking on the top part of the route's card. Or modify the schedule accordingly.

Try clicking other icons of the route card to see the route, edit the route, set as favorite (yes - there is "Favorite" - filter as well), launch Google Maps navigation and call the context menu with other useful options.

If you are interested in more advanced features, the list is below:

1. Once downloaded route can be viewed while offline with all details. Four route types are supported: Driving, Public transport, Bicycle and Walking. *

2. Build combined routes Driving->Public transport and compare vs. driving to decide which approach is the most optimal with respect to the current traffic situation. The application shows the route to the closest metro station and calculates the total trip duration with respect to traffic jams and public transport schedule.

3. Possibility to define the departure time of your trip. Therefore, you can plan your route in advance and view detailed instructions with respect to the public transport schedule/traffic forecast while offline.

4. Round-trip calculation support. Turn-on back route creation while editing your route (see tab "Advanced" or using context menu "Toggle... -> Return trip"). If your route is using the current location as an origin - it will be stored in the back route destination at the moment

of creation.

5. Each route can be associated with custom created tags. You can filter your route accordingly.

6. You can share a location from Google Maps or any text as a destination point for the new route. Just click on "Share" button and select "Add new route" with app's icon.

7. NEW in 1.6. Pop-up notification support. It is possible to get regular updates on your routes while application is in background with respect to pre-defined schedule.

* - you should download corresponding Google map area to use while offline but your routes with all details are persisted on the device.
