This easy-to-use application enables State and Local government officials, building code officials, and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to take photos of products installed in the field and communicate directly with Intertek’s certification team to ensure the product’s verification. If you have questions about ETL or WH Listed products, or even another company’s listed products, send us a photo of the product and certification label and we’ll get back to you quickly to help resolve it.

Common questions include inquiries about authenticity or counterfeit marks; was the product tested to the correct standard or most up-to-date version of the standard; is the certification still in good standing; verify model numbers covered under the certification; confirm a product’s fire resistance attributes; request information regarding installation limitations; and more.
