If you have questions about ETL or WH Listed products, or even another company’s listed products, send us a photo of the product and certification label and we’ll get back to you quickly to help resolve it.

Common questions include inquiries about authenticity or counterfeit marks; was the product tested to the correct standard or most up-to-date version of the standard; is the certification still in good standing; verify model numbers covered under the certification; confirm a product’s fire resistance attributes; request information regarding installation limitations; and more.
