Pip-Boy-ish Watchface Sony SW2

WatchFace w/ Pip-Boy-ish look for Sony Smartwatch 2based on naheel's tut on xda

Mostly the code come from the tutorial on http://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch-2/development/guide-make-watch-t3010948 so thanks to naheel azawy for this.

I did it mainly for myself and the "HP" and "AP" lines are intended to be used for smartwatch battery and phone battery widgets but could of cause point to any other widget.
