With E2E encryption turned on:

• Entries are encrypted on your device

• Only you hold the keys

• We can't read your journal

• Your cloud provider can't read it either

AI only runs when you explicitly use it. The text you send is processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini or OpenAI), but we don't store it on our servers. Plus is optional – the core journal works fully without it.
