Would you like to add 100 pounds to your squat in 13 weeks (or potentially suffer a powerlifting career ending injury)? Well this is the program for you! I wouldn't suggest deadlifting while on this program, but you're a grown man. Do whatever TF you want.

This isn't a novice program and should only be used in the off season. Eat as much as possible. In fact, eat everything in sight.
