For synchronization of the organization, its mandatory to include the contacts email ID which is being used in the device. This can be checked in settings --> Accounts. The list is synced to those devices whose email ID has been included in the Organization.

Org Contacts creates organizations in which you can add a group of people.

When you sync this organization all users “in the group” will see the organization and the list of contacts(if they have the app). This way all people related to a group will have the number and email ids of each member of the group.

Org Contacts also adds functionality to Group Email/SMS your organization and Call / SMS / Email individual contacts.

Org Contacts is a very simple application that keeps your groups of contacts synced within the group. This is not a contact organizing app.

Consider a scenario where you work in an office of over 50 people. Someday you need to call a colleague but you obviously don’t have his/her phone number or email because he/she is new to the office or you have not previously worked together. Now you have to call a bunch of people to check if someone has got his/her phone or email.

Org Contacts solves this issue by synchronizing the contacts of people in the organization, within the organization created by your colleague or yourself.

1. Create Organizations and add a list of contacts.

2. Choose which numbers and emails of a contact to be synchronized.

3. Sync organizations to distribute the list of contact to each member of the organization.

4. Group Email or SMS the whole organization from within th app.

2. Allow user to send a contact to owner to include in the organization.

Tips/Tricks: Add yourself to all the organization(with your email Id)and Sync. This will act as backup in case you uninstall or clear your data. This will also Sync your Groups on all the devices you use.
