Bluetooth Smart 4.0 & iBeacon (BLE) scanner using the Webble BLE stack.

Developing BLE applications on Android has proven to be more difficult for most developers than expected. This is a debugging tool for Android developers that scans for BLE advertisements, parses them, and displays them.

Beacon display is as follows:

Name [Advertisement Count] [Realtime RSSI] [Smoothed Calculated Distance] [Average Advertisement Frequency]
