CAREER NCT has been developed by Pitman Training Group, Ireland's leading provider of self-paced, practical, vocational training – helping you get the skills you need for the job you want!

With this expertise in mind, the CAREER NCT has been created to help inspire those unhappy in their current occupations, confused as to what roles to apply for, those returning to work, leaving school, college or University and those that would like to take their career to the next level, but unsure of what that role would be.

You will begin your CAREER NCT by creating an idealistic ‘career look’ with our avatar design system – this will be sent to you for FREE use on social media and online platforms in an email post-NCT.

Then, using a series of psychometric profiling questions, based on the methodologies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, our diagnostic report is set to create very detailed, personalised reports, which are produced at the end of the CAREER NCT in the form of a certificate.

Once you have downloaded the application, you can share with colleagues, family and friends – and also return to it a later date, when you next feel you need to run a full analysis on your career situation.
