ISPCA whose primary roles are those of protecting and caring for animals.
ISPCA encourages the public to adopt animals and TNRM (Trap-Neuter-Rehome-Manage) for the strays. Today, we finally obtained the approval from Ipoh City Council regarding TNR method. It is believed TNR is the only effective and humane way of reducing stray population.
