GET FIT AT HOME. Intense 30 day Fit Challenge offers 24 different workouts including upper body lower body, abs, and cardio. You will work out your back (traps, rhomboids, wings, lats), chest (minor and major pecs), shoulders (deltoids), arms (biceps and triceps), abs, and legs (quads, calves, glutes (but), hamstrings).

Also, in this app, you will get a beginners feel of Muay Thai Kickboxing. You will practice jabs and crosses (punches) in most of the upper body workouts in this 30 day challenge. Don't forget to upgrade to PRO when the 60 day version comes out soon!

Wide Grip Pushup

Superman

Inverted Superman

Back Widow

MMA (Jab Cross Combo)

Ab Workouts:

Ab crunch

Oblique Crunch

Reverse Crunch

Leg Raise

Scissors

Lower Body workouts:

Squats

Jump Squats

Calf Raises

Lunges

High Knees

Other exercises include plank, side plank, and burpees

Each workout has a set of instructions/tips for you to practice and analyze before you jump into the daily workout. Also, for best results make sure you maintain a healthy diet!
