HelloDesk bridges the gap between school and home.

Parents, teachers, and school management all have the same goal, a child’s learning, but sometimes communication breakdowns cause inefficiency and disagreement in accomplishing this goal.

HelloDesk establishes meaningful home–school dialogue, and they expand “communication” to include more than routine practice. It is found that successful, responsive and productive schools share one common trait - they encourage, communicate and pass as much information to parents as possible.

Communication between school and home is very important to a child's success in school. HelloDesk for Parent app is enabled for receiving information published by the school. Information such as school-wide announcements and notifications, and those specific to a particular class, homework of different subjects, marklist of a student, calendar of events and holidays can be published by the school, and is available using the HelloDesk app. The app also facilitates receiving alerts as soon as a new information has been published.

The HelloDesk app for parents is enabled to receive information. The desktop application as well as the HelloDesk app for schools is enabled to publish the information, and all these are free to use by both schools and parents.
