Frenetic pace that often prevent us from appreciating the charm of a landscape, the taste of a dish, the magic of a meeting. Communication systems that take us away more and more from direct contact with the world around us. However, comes at a time when we feel the irresistible need to rediscover ourselves, to give us a parenthesis of well-being, exploring cultures and traditions long gone and yet represent an integral part of our roots.

It is in response to this need that is born of the 2015 edition GiraPuglia, an invitation to discover or rediscover the pleasure of rural culture, one of the vineyards and cellars, the oil mills and olive trees, vegetable gardens and farms.
