Forge Training digitizes your training: I will upload your card so you can do your exercises directly with my app.

And if you discover that the card is not suitable for you? No problem: I can update it at any time.

MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS

You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to see which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your body changes over time.

The history of your data will allow me to efficiently manage your workouts.

Thanks to the integration with Health Connect you will also be able to keep track of all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned and nutritional data together with those of your workouts!

Forge Training is the tool to establish a winning relationship with your Personal Trainer: I will be able to give you useful feedback to train and get to know your body better, so you will never waste time in the gym and you will get better results!
