With Workout 101 you get a state of the art system to manage your daily workout regime that can not only be monitored, but also cater to your individual needs. The exercises are designed such that you do not require any gym or fancy equipment for these workouts. You just need a little space and will power.

We provide a huge collection of exercises that are designed for stretching, cardio or strength building targets. As also we have a collection of Yoga Asanas (poses) to help you with these workouts.

The illustrative videos are designed for even a novice to master the exercises and regular followup by the in-built alarm service will enable you to meet your fitness targets and will not let you slip. The in-built Android gear support helps you to monitor your heart-rate during and after the workout sessions.

The Calendar monitoring tool pictorially shows which days you exercised and when did you bunk!!! The calendar tool also shows the maximum heart-rate achieved on each day that you exercised.
