Egò was born from the idea of ​​3 friends, coming from the most diverse work sectors, of which only one already worked in this environment, who together wanted to start this adventure that will surely take them away because ... friendship is the basis of all true greatness !

The structure, built in 2017, of over 1000 m2 fully air conditioned, includes 2 Fitness rooms, 1 Spinning and Striding room, a large weight room with isotonic and cardio equipment and another functional area integrated in the weight room, dedicated to Calisthenics.

Large roof garden with solarium equipped with sun beds and Jacuzzi: relaxation area where you can recharge and unload the tiredness of a busy day, usable for our internal customers who want to feel pampered or relax with their friends or partners, but also the Fitness area used for Pilates and Yoga courses.

Lift and parking. Free internet available throughout the hotel.

Certified and always up-to-date instructors are the pride of our Club.

Wide variety of courses ranging from Pilates to Yoga, from Postural Gymnastics to AFA courses for the elderly, from Zumba to Reggaeton Fitness, from Spinning to Striding, from Fit Boxing to Step Boxing, from Kettlebell Workout to Super Abdomen and Total Body, from the GAG Circuit Training, from Isotonic to Pump, Caribbean dances and many other disciplines.

Our strength: Calisthenics at all levels, from children to teenagers, from women and basic level up to the advanced skill level that make our gym the most important in the province in this discipline, thanks also to our regional champions and national.

Various prizes won by our FIPE athletes in the bench press specialty, from the Regional Championships to the National Championships.
