Provides data communication to offline villages, using android 'mules'.
This application will allow you download bundles of email destined for offline Muleboxes. You must be added to each Mulebox you want to deliver to by the admins of the system. Once you download a bundle, you must be prepared to deliver it or the data will be lost.
