2. Focus on positive details. Almost every day has those details, if you write them down they can make you smile forever

3. Create your entires every day at the same time. Thus your entries are better comparable.

4. Set reasonable goals. They should be ambitious but not overambitious and frustrating

5. Include thoughts and feelings into your daily description
