If you want to get a powerful charge of positive energy, motivation and great mood before you start your busy day, there is nothing like morning exercising. Morning routines let you shake off sleepiness and improve our health in general.

Morning exercise for kids strengthens immune system (which means it prevents all kinds of diseases), improves mood and even boosts children’s sense of self-esteem. It’s recommended that kids of any age spend at least 60 minutes a day exercising. It would make sense to divide that hour into smaller workouts kids can do throughout a day, starting with a 15-minute morning routine. In long-term perspective, morning exercise affects children’s physical and mental health in the most positive way, improves self-confidence and even cognitive ability.

Taking into account the fact morning exercise don’t require high-intensity training, morning routines for men are not very different from those for women. As a rule, morning workout involves stretching and warm-up exercises (which yoga is especially good for), cardio training (jogging and aerobics). Regular morning workouts can significantly improve your productivity, whether it’s at work or in your everyday life in general.
