GAPSIIS : GAPS Industrial Inspection Services is an independent technical service company and has expert knowledge and experience to providing: Dimensional inspection, NDT Testing, WPS, PQR – Preparation/Establishment, Leak Testing and Assembly Inspections. We are servicing anywhere in India. GAPSIIS is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We (GAPSIIS) are a recognized provider of customized services to various industries like Cement, Mining, power, chemical and petrochemical, oil & gas and other high risk industries

Expediting

GAPSIIS Plays a vital role in assisting Customer Supply Chain Management Group by providing actual status of the items/equipment's at vendor places.

The Reports highlight the status of activities like submission of Drawings, Material Procurement, Processing, Inspection, Dispatch, arrival of items at Project Site, Progress of Civil Works / Fabrication / Installation / Trials, etc. GAPS provides timely information on progress, bottlenecks and anticipated delays vital to Customer for taking pro-active actions.

Evaluation

In the present day context, Sub-contracting core items is a universally accepted practice which enhances effectiveness of operations by reducing inventory by JIT (Just-in-time) principle. However, success through Sub-contracting will depend to a large extent on selection of suitable Vendors. GAPS has been playing a crucial role in the evaluation of Vendors to assess their capability/capacity for delivering quality goods to the customers on time.

And also We Provide a training to Shop People about Application of Products and manufacturing Processes / Jigs & Fixtures etc. We are Providing Guidance / Consultation during Critical components
