Diet Diary allows you to create foods along with their calorie and 'points' value. Many popular diets keeps track of progress by assigning foods points instead of calories. Diet Diary allows you to do both - enter the calories or points value.

It's fully customizable too - we use 'points' as a starting term but you can change this to suit the diet you're using.

To keep track of your diet, Diet Diary provides the following key features:

* Create foods and assign food categories (including points and speed food values)

* Log your food intake with an easy summary of the days calories/points.

* Weigh in and watch your progress with an interactive graph

* Create and log exercises with calories burned.

* View your current and target weights, your BMI and progress all from one screen

* An overall summary of calorie/points in take between two dates

* Multiple profiles

* Privacy - choose from any options to hide/show your profile data

* Provide feedback with the app
