Capio Alva is a children's and youth medicine clinic with a team of pediatricians, children's nurses and child psychologists with extensive experience with children and young people.

At our pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic, allergic diseases, asthma and stomach problems are the most common questions, but there is room for most things. Not least all the questions that arise when a baby lands in the family.

Capio Alva Psychology offers counselling, support and treatment of children and young people, parental support and ongoing lectures. We also have extensive investigation activities in the field of ADD/ADHD.

We offer healthcare via video visit in the app. Drop-in appointments with pediatricians and specialist nurses and bookable video visits with a child psychologist.

We help children and young people up to 18 years of age. We have an agreement with Stockholm County Council, but receive patients from all over Sweden.

How do drop-in visits to pediatricians and specialist nurses work?

• Install the "Capio Alva" app in the App Store or Google Play

• Allow the app to access the camera, microphone and notifications

• Select Drop-in video visit

• Enter your child's social security number

• Enter the child's name, reason for search and upload any picture before the visit

• Select queue up and wait for the video call.

• Answer when Alva Children's Clinic calls

How do bookable video visits with a child psychologist work?

• Install the "Capio Alva" app in the App Store or Google Play

• Allow the app to access the camera, microphone and notifications

• Select "Book video visit Psychologist" and select an available time

• Enter your child's social security number

• Enter the child's name and reason for search

• A psychologist from Alva will call you at the appointed time

Can I book and carry out video visits from abroad?

Yes, it works fine as long as you are registered in Sweden and have a network connection and BankID. Keep in mind that all times are shown in Swedish time and not in local time.
