・CADPAC形式のファイル（FDC,FDD,FDE）で上書保存が可能になりました。CADPAC-Viewで作図された内容はFDC,FDD,FDE の朱書きレイヤーに書き込まれます。
・CADPAC-CREATOR Ver.17以降、およびCADPAC-CIVIL Ver.13以降で保存された図面が閲覧可能です。
・メール共有機能を実装し、CADPAC-Viewから図面を転送できるようになりました。
[廃止された機能]
・idc形式は廃止になりました。読み込むことはできません。
・CADPAC CREATOR Ver.16以前で保存された図面は非対応になりました。
[Ver.4.0.1 仕様追加]
・ファイルサイズが大きい場合、読み込み処理をするか確認できるようにしました。
[Ver.4.0.2 不具合修正情報]
・異縮尺、シンボルの不具合を修正しました。
[Ver.4.0.3 不具合修正情報]
・異縮尺の含まれる図面に作図するとプログラムが停止する不具合を修正しました。
