On-the-move learning and capability building app for ICICI Bank employees

Business Companion is an on-the-move learning app designed by ICICI Bank Human Resources Group as part of the Bank’s Capability Building initiative. The app enables teams across business groups to host personalised content for learning and reference by employees in various roles in the respective business groups. The app has content authoring features that allows the respective business teams to structure, organise and maintain content suitable for learning and business capability building needs unique to their teams.
