WAVE Closeout allows you to quickly fill in a bill of sale by scanning a vehicle VIN and through easy selection of a list of your clients.

When you are done just submit your bill of sale, In-app Purchase for $3.99, and then you and your client will each receive emailed copies of the document.

Not only do you save your precious time, you also reduce the chance of input error of the VIN since you are able to scan the VIN barcode.

If you deal with regular clients, you also avoid entry errors as your client's entire information can be recalled by simply selecting their business name.

User Guide:

Download the application.

General note: You must be connected to the internet to validate email addresses to save your profile, client information and to send a bill of sale. All other information may be entered off line if necessary.

Complete user profile: name, company/dealer number if applicable, address, email and contact information. Then save.

If you have regular clients you may add them in the Clients menu: Company name and email address are required to save the client. Enter all other fields as necessary.

As the user you may select to buy or sell action. A Bill of Sale (BoS) will open

You may select “Wholesale” if desired

Select Scan and then scan the VIN, the app checks to confirm that a 17 digit VIN has been scanned.

The Stock, YMMT fields will expand upon the completion of the scan or you may select the “+” sign to expand

Enter the appropriate data in the respective fields.

Enter client data: company/dealer number if applicable, address, etc. If you have previously added clients, the company name should be available in the company drop down or enter the data in the respective fields. Expand the Name & Address and Contact fields if this is a first time entry.

Enter purchase price (whole number, no decimals) and date.

Select Sign

There is the federal odometer disclosure statement.

You may add notes by tapping in the field.

Next sign the BoS, the user’s signature will be saved after an initial save of a BoS and stored on the device for future use.

Client needs to enter signature on the user's mobile device. Then save.

Select “Save Bill of Sale”

The saved BoS will appear in the BoS listing page

If you tap the white space of a BoS on the listing page, the listing will expand providing a view of the year, VIN, Odometer and Price

If the BoS is incomplete a “required items for completion” warning in red will appear. Tap on the warning to expand and it will list the specific items that are incomplete.

To edit tap on the BoS number in the upper left, this will return you to the BoS to complete.

If there are no incomplete items you may send the BoS (send button will be blue), in app purchase.
