Weightslope is a long-term daily weight measurement plan to allow you to reach and maintain a target weight. By keeping track of your weight over this time it attempts to ensure that you not only lose weight but keep it off. It uses the mechanism of continual feedback, whereby you measure your weight every day against a pre-defined target and as such are able to adjust your diet and exercise regime to ensure that you remain on or near your target weight on a daily basis.
