It is possible to simplify the student management of who attended the Mainabi employment event.

When students visit your company's booth at the Mynavi job event, they will use the Mynavi app to display the "MyQR code". By reading the displayed "QR code" with the Mynavi employment event attendance management app and sending it to MIWS, the data of the participating students will be stored.

In addition, companies that accept entries can set their own events such as company briefings with the Mynavi job event attendance management app and manage attendance by reading the "MyQR code".

* To use the Mynavi job event attendance management app, you will need the company ID, recruiter ID, and password used on the "Mynavi maintenance screen".

*When students are seated at the booth, please display the "MyQR code" before the start of the briefing session, and make an announcement that it will be read and attendance will be managed.

(By making an announcement before the explanation, it will lead to a smooth operation of the briefing and an increase in the number of "MyQR code" read)

* If you display the "MyQR code" to the student and read it, it will be the submission of personal information to your company. Please explain that I can receive various recruitment information from your company.

(In MIWS, you can check the entry history on the applicant details screen.)

* Huawei devices cannot be used due to the possibility that original changes have been made to the reading function of the standard camera. Please prepare another terminal that can be used with Android 5.0 or higher.

[Procedure for use at events hosted by our company]

① Download this application, select the service year of Mynavi that manages attendance, enter the company ID, recruiter ID and password, and tap "Login".

②Register the [prefecture], [exhibition month], [event name], [exhibition date] and [area] where you are exhibiting.

③ Confirm that the registered items are displayed on the app, and tap [Start Scan].

④ Confirm that the scan screen is displayed. Have the student use the Mynavi app, display the "MyQR code", and read the displayed "QR code".

⑤ If the word "OK" is displayed on the scan screen, it means that the data has been successfully read.

*Be sure to confirm that "OK" is displayed. If OK is not displayed, it may not be read.

⑥ If the file can be read normally, the "event name" and "number of transmissions" to be sent will be displayed. Confirm the contents and tap "Send" to send the data to MIWS.
