Issue of the Pushkin card and purchase of tickets for cultural events

Issue a free "Pushkin card" with a balance of 5000 ₽ and visit cinemas, museums, theaters and concert halls at the expense of the state. The card is valid for young people from 14 to 22 years old

Get access to Public Services Culture

Register or log in with a verified account of the State Services Portal. To issue the Pushkin Card, give your consent in the mobile application. When the card is ready, a notification will come. Issue and maintenance are free. Use the poster of events if you do not meet the conditions of the "Pushkin Card" program

Card limit — 5000 ₽

You can spend 5,000 ₽ on the events of the Pushkin Program, of which up to 2,000 ₽ are for movie tickets.

The card cannot be cashed out or replenished independently

Movie tickets

The Pushkin Card can be used to pay for tickets to Russian films created with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Cinema Fund, and regional authorities in the field of culture. It is also possible to purchase tickets for domestic films from the "golden collection"

To purchase, just click "View prices" and enter the details of the "Pushkin card" on the seller's website. Details do not have to be entered manually - copy them from the application. The ticket will be sent to your email
