Z's Brick Oven Pizza was established in 2013 to provide Fayetteville and the surrounding areas with quality, artisan style pizza. Brick oven pizza is our passion. Our unique dough is made in house and expertly aged to develop great flavor. Each pizza is carefully hand prepared, cooked in our high temperature brick oven, to produce a crisp pizza with a nice chew.
